I received a faulty/damaged itemUpdated 6 months ago

If you believe your item is faulty/damaged, please lodge your return here. When asked for the return reason please select “the item is faulty”. You will need to upload photos of the fault, and if for footwear, photos of each side of the shoe(s) including the soles.

In the comment section please provide a clear description of the fault/issue. Your return will then be reviewed by our team who are trained to identify faults. If the product is confirmed to have a fault, we will replace the item or provide a store credit or full refund.
