Online orders can be returned to any Billini Store Australia wide, or online via our Online Returns Portal.

How long does my refund take?

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your return request. Once processed you will receive funds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

Once we have received your return, we aim to process your exchange within 48 hours.

How do I process an international return?

Please fill in our returns form & send your return to the address provided on the form. The cost for international returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your item arrives to us safely.
